The Challenge

Having undertaken several prestigious projects for Hyatt, Marriott, Starwood and Hilton, Telematics has an insightful understanding of Hyatt’s requirements.

This was a defining strength of Telematics that helped win the contract following a competitive tender, which included in-depth technical evaluations.

One of the key challenges in undertaking the project was the limited time-frame to accomplish it. It was also important to integrate a heterogenous infrastructure, in accordance with international standards, as the company’s corporate infrastructure is based in the US. A third key challenge was to provide a customized solution for the hotel’s main ballroom, including reliable steel structure for skyhook lighting support for special events such as weddings, banquets or business meets.

The Solution

Telematics proposed a suite of services and solutions covering a range of ELV systems such as AV, BGM, ICT, IPTV, Mirror TV and Media Hub. We were engaged in the engineering and structural review of the main ballroom, which enabled us to design and manufacture a customized steel structure for sky hooks that help provide need-based lighting for any event hosted in the venue. By mobilising our teams and resources efficiently, we delivered our service within the tight deadline.
