- The first Novell Authorised Education Centre in the UAE in 1989 when many of the region's CNEs (Certified Network Engineer) were trained.
- The first in the Middle East (1991) to have our own CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert).
- More recently, we have become leaders in the deployment of Voice/Data/Video (IPTV) on a single IP network infrastructure.
