Building Automation

Guest Room Control equipment is divided into three parts:

The touch screen remote control enables the guest to drive all the electrical, lighting, audio and video equipment of your desired configuration through the controller. There are different models of user interface - wireless handheld, desktop/bedside, in wall, large screen.

The controller, which connects to every device to control through different bus (MBC bus, EIB-KNX, dry contacts), is placed in a small wiring closet and connected to the Building Management System (BMS) and Property Management System (PMS).

The GUI (graphic user interface), is customized and adapted specially for the installation. Every button and image is designed for a convenient use for the Guest.

SCENE SETTING
It is possible to create ambiances or moods depending on the time of day or specific function:

For example:
• A daytime ‘Scene’ when all circuits are on 100%
• An evening ‘Scene’ when circuits are dimmed to 50%
• A TV or late night ‘Scene’ with some circuits very low
• A night ‘Scene’ when just the night guidance lights are on

Alternatively, you can allow the Guest to take the control of their lights, light them up in just one touch on the screen, choose colours, adapt their strength to the hour and turn up or down the music volume.

You can provide your clients with all the comfort of home automation smartly placed in the room, so they can easily control lights, shutters, temperature, roller blinds or curtains.
