Project Management Methodology – As a system integrator, The Telematics’ philosophy and approach to project management is comprehensive and practical with a goal of addressing key business and technical objectives in each phase and includes planning and resource management using Primavera.

The key focus areas in each phase are:

• Evaluation Phase - Clearly understand the business and technical objectives.
• Development & Proposal Phase - Designing a solution meeting the key milestones and with a practical project plan for implementation.
• Discussion Phase - Discussing and fine tuning the project plan to meet the agreed dates for achieving the goals.

ISO 14001:2004; OHSAS 18001:2007

Telematics, a certified ISO 9001:2008 Company has been successfully audited on UKAS accredited OHSAS 18001:2007 certification and ISO 14001:2004.

OHSAS 18001:2007 is an occupational health and safety management standard and is principally a recognized set of rules which Telematics implement with the aim of managing Health & Safety issues and associated hazards within the company. The main outputs from this management system are procedures and methods which enable us to identify, reduce, mitigate and control Health & Safety concerns within the business. The purpose of OHSAS 18001 helps Telematics to manage and control their OH&S risks and to improve its OH&S performance. Telematics has achieved this purpose by developing an integrated OHSMS (OHSMS is a network of interrelated elements).

ISO 14001:2004 is an environmental management standard that specifies a set of systems and fulfilling its implementation and discussing its principal issues involved. Telematics has objective evidence operating effectively in conformity to the standard. The purpose of this standard helps Telematics to protect the environment, to prevent pollution, and to improve their environmental performance. This confirms global relevance for Telematics to operate in an environmentally sustainable manner.
