Located in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai this luxury serviced residence complex comprises 347 studios and one, two- and three-bedrooms apartments which are the largest in the area.  The amenities include a gym, a sauna, and a shaded infinity pool with city views, plus indoor and outdoor kids’ play areas.

The Challenge

The scope of work included installation and integration of various systems such as DNS Wired & Wireless, WiFi, IP Telephony, BGM, Media Hub, GRMS, Access Control System – FOH & BOH in a brand-new property.

GRMS integration was a bit of a challenge as it had to be integrated with multiple third party building systems such as AC, Electricity for guest rooms lighting automation / control.  Nonetheless all the challenges paid off due the fact that we had extensive knowledge on this vertical, years of experience of GRMS & hospitality.

Some product meeting gest experience requirements had to be customized as per special requirements, that in turn could affect project completion date.

The Solution

The project went live on time and within the budget.  Telematics had to manufacture customized switch socket accessories to assure expected standards are fulfilled. Telematics continues a successful and rewarding relationship with the Developer and Millenium by providing Long Term Support for their infrastructure, which means they can rest in the knowledge that their essential systems are working smoothly and all requirements are taken care of.
